I started running SETI@home in June 2001 with just one old Celeron, not even 24/7, and now
At the moment, I run SETI@home on these computers:

AMD Athlon XP 1400@1500MHz
Intel Dual PIII 933@1050MHz
AMD Athlon 1200MHz
AMD Duron 900MHz
Also sometimes some other computers....
